Cool 4sq idea

Today I went to my periodical arthritis check into one of Milan’s major hospitals and while I was waiting I checked in on Foursquare: to my surprise I got a message back inviting me to book my next visits through the web site; not only but, intercepting my check-in in english, it replied in the same language.

When I got back to the office I told this to Marcello who said: “Are you kidding me? I can’t believe you don’t know we did this!” so belated kudos to the Humanitas team, and shame on me because I don’t even know the good work we do!

Now we’re going to copy the idea of the Coin department store (as told by Roberto Venturini) of sending a tweet a while after the check-in, to ask if everything was OK: instant customer satisfaction poll and  Twitter follower building rolled into one!
