This augmented reality thing is engrossing me – I can really see this becoming a huge driver for data services adoption, even by non-geeks like, well, people.
The ability to obtain relevant information simply by pointing a device at them is as revolutionary as mobile telephony itself, if not more. All of sudden, we see how touristic information could be monetized, how I could look around me for the closest place where to get pizza and book a table.
Not only I could look for the closest tube station, by why not add information about when the next train is due ?
Oh, the possibilities…
